The Balingup Small Farm Field Day is a popular event with over 10,000 people enjoying the day on the town oval. Over 300 stalls, information booths, demonstrations and featured speakers give everyone an opportunity to learn how to live the ‘good life’ away from the city.

Early in April each year the village centre comes alive with colourful scarecrows welcoming visitors to Balingup.
