Origins Centre is a registered charitable, not-for-profit NGO founded in 1983. We are a respite, retreat and community activity centre located just outside the town of Balingup, 2.5-3 hours south west of Perth, Western Australia.

The Centre welcomes individuals and groups for respite, retreat, activities, courses and events. Accommodation, amenities and facilities are available by donation. There are private and shared rooms as well as a communal kitchen and living space.

Quality on a budget – and a favourite with Bibbulmun Track walkers. Cosy accommodation at the rear of the historic Balingup Post Office. Centrally located to cafes, craft outlets and the Bibbulmun Track. Relax in front of the log fire in the spacious lounge room, reading from the extensive library or watching the TV and video. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & BBQ facilities. Great hot showers. Fresh linen, doonas and pillows provided.

There are three twin rooms and one quad, so bookings are essential.
